Leadership Success Stems from Independence.

Leadership successIndependence. It is a word that conjures up images of brave men and women fighting for freedom amidst cannon fire and smoke, flags whipping in the wind as they charge forth to liberate their brothers and sisters. Triumphing over tyranny through leadership success and teamwork.

It also has deep personal meaning. It means you are self-reliant. You do not need anyone else to survive, you are strong and others find shelter underneath your metaphorical wings. The more responsibility you are able to take in every area of your life the more you will succeed. To be independent means you are able to start interlinking your expertise and energy with others creating co-dependencies and inter-dependencies.

There are many ways to set up the latticework that makes your business run, but if you are a true entrepreneur you will treasure your independence.

Even though most entrepreneurs know how to work within the framework for the sake of profits, they enjoy being their own boss.

Independence has as a by-product, leadership success. The two are inextricably linked because true independents stride out on their own, making their way in the world.

They are natural leaders.
